These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bjbji platform. Please read every section carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing bjbji, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

To register for and use a bjbji Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, a contact number. bjbji reserves the right to request additional information or documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying your identity, age or payment details.
bjbji operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo identity document (such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. bjbji reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal until satisfactory verification has been received and approved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bjbji will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bjbji immediately at the support contact listed in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
bjbji displays balances in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) as the primary account currency for users in Pakistan. Currency conversion, where applicable, is conducted at rates and under conditions set by the operator and published in the applicable transaction terms.
bjbji grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bjbji platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. bjbji operates AML controls and may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds if deposits or withdrawal patterns are deemed unusual or inconsistent with normal player activity.
All monetary amounts are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where indicated. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are disclosed at the point of transaction. Actual processing times depend on the payment provider and are not solely within bjbji's control.
bjbji may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback arrangements, reload offers, referral rewards and other promotional incentives. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general T&Cs, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that conflict.
The majority of bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the total cumulative betting turnover you must complete before the bonus value — or any winnings derived from it — become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds are convertible to withdrawable cash.
Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits vary by promotion. Always read the specific terms for each offer before opting in. bjbji will not process withdrawals of bonus-derived funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users as defined in the specific promotion terms. bjbji reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to notification where required by applicable regulation. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to, systematic bonus hunting, multi-accounting or use of automated staking strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Any bonus amounts referenced as examples on this platform (such as PKR 2,000, PKR 5,000 or PKR 10,000 birthday reward tiers, or PKR 1,000 referral credit) are illustrative figures used for descriptive purposes only. They do not constitute live, active or guaranteed offers unless expressly stated as such in a current published promotion with clearly defined terms.
All sports betting markets on bjbji — including but not limited to cricket (Pakistan domestic cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC T20 tournaments, Test and ODI matches), football, UFC and other international sporting events — are subject to the platform's published sports betting rules. Odds are presented in decimal format as standard. bjbji reserves the right to void, suspend or revise odds on any market in the event of a technical error, data feed failure or confirmed event of match irregularity.
In-play and live-betting markets are subject to enhanced volatility in odds. bjbji accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on delayed, incomplete or inaccurate live data. Bets accepted on a market that is subsequently found to have been incorrectly priced may be voided at bjbji's discretion.
Casino games and slot products are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each title. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are illustrative theoretical averages over large sample sizes and do not constitute a guarantee of return for any individual session. Slot volatility, jackpot conditions and progressive jackpot pool rules are as described in the in-game information panel for each title.
In the event of a system failure, software bug or obvious pricing error, bjbji reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Acceptance of a bet by the platform does not obligate bjbji to honour that bet if it was placed during a demonstrably incorrect system state. bjbji's decision in such matters shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or betting losses resulting from technical failures beyond bjbji's reasonable control.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you participate at your own risk. bjbji does not guarantee that you will win any bet or derive any financial benefit from using the platform. You are solely responsible for all bets placed on your Account, for understanding the rules of each game or market before participation, and for all financial decisions related to your use of the platform.
bjbji reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bjbji support via the email address listed in Section 15. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and any applicable withdrawal processing terms, provided there are no outstanding compliance holds.
Upon termination of your Account, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure or suspension for breach of terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution clauses — shall remain in full force.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bjbji holds its operating licence, as applicable. bjbji reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Where a change is material — for example, a change to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions or responsible gambling provisions — bjbji will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered account holders or via a prominent notice on the platform.
